产品开发工程师—Cell Engineer(J11345)

职责描述：

1、以市场、客户要求开发新产品

a.负责产品质量先期策划, 负责样品工艺的签发；

b.锂离子电池电芯设计；

c.电芯开发项目管理；

d.负责产品规格书及技术规范的设计；

e.负责DFMEA的编制及组织评审。

2、NPI项目良率持续改善

a. 从设计角度持续提升产品良率；

b.负责产品设计工程变更的组织实施。

3、作为与客户交流的技术窗口

a.负责面向顾客的技术沟通工作，包括明确顾客要求，将顾客要求转化为公司内部的技术规范等；

b.协助客诉分析；

c.协助应对客户来访及审核。

1. Develop new products according to market and customer requirements；

a. Be responsible for the early planning of product quality and the issuance of sample process;

b. Lithium ion battery cell design;

c. Core development project management;

d. Responsible for the design of product specifications and technical specifications;

e.Responsible for the establishment and evaluation of DFMEA;

2. Continuous improvement of NPI project yield；

a. Continuously improve product yield from the design perspective;

b. Organize the implementation of product design engineering changes.

3. As a technical window to communicate with customers；

a. Be responsible for customer oriented technical communication, including specifying customer requirements and transforming customer requirements into internal technical specifications of the company;

b. Assist in customer complaint analysis;

c. Assist in responding to customer visits and audits.

任职要求：

1、硕士及以上学历，电化学/化学类/锂电材料开发专业；

2、英文读写流利，口语佳优先；

3、性格开朗，能承受压力；

4、具有1年以上锂电开发经验。

1. Master degree or above, major in electrochemistry/chemistry/lithium battery material development;

2. Fluent in English both reading and writing, good oral English is preferred;

3. Outgoing personality, able to withstand pressure;

4. 1 year experience in lithium battery development or above.
