(STWH)Operation Manager Assistant/运营经理助理

- For our Energy Sector in Wuhan, we are looking for a Operation Manager Assistant/运营经理助理.
What are my responsibilities 1. Assistance to daily administrative work of Operation Manager incl. daily work agenda arrangement, order circulation and follow, external visitors reception, etc.2. Assistance to communication for Operation Manager and employees / external personal by interpretation and documents translation3. Organize related internal and external meeting, responsible for MOM and interpretation for CEO and CFO 4. Responsible for the domestic and international trip arrangement for Operation Manager incl. hotel reservation, tickets booking, transportation arrangement and help to resolve emergencies occurred in the trip 5. Filling the related operation office document and records in a uniform and complete manner and draft related documents under the indication of CEO and CFO 6. Complete other tasks assigned by CEO and CFO 7. Monitoring contractual agreements to prepare renegotiations/ subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies 8. Assistance to related company dept. For company events related work
What do I need to qualify for this job 1. Over 2-years experience as administrative assist; 2. At least one year working experience in multi-national company;3. Good command of English in speaking, reading, writing and listening;4. Related English translation experience; 5. Work in an efficient and timely manner.
