Responsibilities
Project Controlling
Oversee project budgeting and time line and work closely with project managers
Perception of project performance progress as well as the costs for the project and ordered external services and equipment
Take care of the project cash flow and earnings forecast
Developing and Implementing of needed software and tools
Cooperation with Project Managers and accounting department
Prepared and lead Project Audit Meetings to discuss the progress of each project and evaluate staffing needs, schedules changes, project scope adjustments and other project needs.
Generate project reports and presentations addressing all relevant aspects, such as costs, time line, cash flow, and project forecast
Project Documentation
Organization and management of project documents such as contracts, reports or PV system manuals
Setup project folders on the needs of the projects
Updating contents of folders according to internal processes
Work together with internal stakeholders to assure continuous improvement and implementation of documentation standards
Take active part in the Document Management network and interface with other Teams, share and implement best practices
Support to the Project Manager in compiling Client s project documentation on time
Qualifications
Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Project Management or Engineering
10 years + in project controlling, financial analysis, project and documentation management, in project organization and reporting.
Experience in Microsoft and Project management software
Proven project management experience
Good communication skills in English, spoken and written
