Work Location : Office / Project Site Reports to : Project /Site Manager

GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Leading engineers in their work regarding：

Wind resource assessment, production calculations, siting;

Turbine grid, road and hardstands layout design (including optimization);

Wind turbine selection;

Defining technical contents of the agreements for wind turbines and BoP (grid, roads and hardstands foundations) including negotiations of the agreements;

Leading technical discussions regarding the design, performance and quality with

HSE work related to the site design.

WORK TASK

Provide engineering technical support;

Oversee the work activities of wind farm consultants or subcontractors;

Recommend process or infrastructure changes to improve wind turbine performance, reduce operational costs, or comply with regulations;

Monitor wind farm construction to ensure compliance with regulatory standards or environmental requirements;

Direct balance of plant (BOP) construction, generator installation, testing, commissioning, or supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) to ensure compliance with specifications;

Create or maintain wind farm layouts, schematics, or other visual documentation for wind farms;

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

A Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil

Engineering；

Minimum 5 + years experience in the construction industry as a discipline lead with atleast one windfarm project experience as same position;

Wide and general knowledge of design of large energy projects;

Technical expertise within at least one of fields covered by the responsibilities;

Project Management experience leading engineers (and preferably consultants as well);

Experience of working with technical design of wind power projects are strongly meriting;

Experience of engaging in commercial discussions are strongly meriting;

Fluent in English；

Working experience in Asian or Vietnam is desirable.
