服务和运营部经理(污水行业）

工作职责：  1, Responsible for after-sales service and operation of wastewater treatment projects in China's surrounding areas.. 负责中国周边地区的污水处理项目售后服务和运营工作。  2, Establish and improve the company's after-sales service system, including but not limited to: develop the working plan of the after-sales service, optimize the service process and operation;建立健全公司售后服务体系，包括且不限于：制定售后服务组工作计划，优化服务流程，操作规范等；  3. Establish and improve the operation system, including but not limited to operation cost forecast, operation contract drafting, operation contract execution, operation safety/cost/quality/scope management; 建立健全公司运营体系，包括但不限于运营成本预测，运营合同制定，运营合同执行，运营安全/成本/质量/范围管理；  4, Set up the service and operation team, coordinate the service and operation engineers, provide daily services for the company's projects and products, solve the quality and technical problems in operation, and work with the production and quality dept to improve the company's project operation and product quality;组建服务和运营团队，组织协调服务和运营工程师的工作，对公司项目和产品进行日常服务，解决运行上的质量和技术问题，与生产和质量进行衔接提高公司项目运行和产品质量；  5, Responsible for confirming and reviewing the technical and cost of the operating projects;  负责运营项目技术和成本方面的确认和审核;  6. Responsible for customer complaints, carefully and patiently explain according to the actual situation, minimize customer complaints;处理客户投诉，根据实际情况认真耐心的做好解释，***限度的降低客户投诉；  7. Responsible for fault maintenance system and feedback the monitor system running data of all handover projects; 负责所有移交项目的故障维护系统和运行大数据整理反馈；  8. Report to the director of operations regularly and complete other tasks assigned by the director of operations. 定期向运营总监报告，完成运营总监分配的其他任务  9. Base in Beijing or Shanghai, and need national travel.北京或上海办公，全国出差。   职位要求：  1, Environmental engineering, Engineering Management and other related professional degree or above; 环境工程、工程管理等相关专业本科学位以上；          2, More than mid-level engineers is preferred; 中级工程师为佳。           3, At least 8 years related work experience in wastewater treatment industry; be able to work independent responsible 至少有8年污水处理行业工作经验，能够独立工作。  4. Experience in commissioning and operation, familiar with troubleshooting of wastewater treatment project, experience in biochemical commissioning is preferred;具备污水项目调试运行经验，熟悉污水处理设备故障解决，有生化调试经验者优先；  5, Good organization and coordination ability, planning and execution ability, strong communication skills, cost consciousness, quality consciousness; to accept long-term assignments, work location with the project; 良好的组织协调能力，策划执行能力强，沟通能力强，成本意识强，质量意识强; 能够接受公司任务指派，工作地点在项目所在地。  6.Use of computer and Microsoft office software, project software and understand technical drawings (DWG-CAD is preferable); able to read PID, Layouts, Sections of processing plants, 使用计算机和微软办公软件，项目软件，懂技术制图(dwg - cad);能够读懂PID，平面布置等图纸，  7, Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) as best.中英文读写流利为佳
