Role Purpose Resource balancing, resource utilization to achieve company objectives. Single point of contact to mitigate key issues in order service, inventories and operations. Key Responsibilities Daily answer and action service tickets from customer care in Interaction Centre /OES CC Expedite Dashboard. Assuring that firm planned STOs for stocked items are converted within the material lead time and shipped on time. Weekly provide customer priority for rolling 4 weeks to Production Control Analysts and understand, highlight key/actionable capacity and inventory issues in order to project more realistic past due. Weekly prepare and analyze past due data in order to identify and resolve the delivery issues. Drive the weekly service call for the purpose of identifying, negotiating and resolving conflicts with respect to material and capacity availability and order promising with operations, production, customer services and supply chain. Weekly analyze Forecast Intake and Inventory Alignment data in order to detect large order, material spike, forecast bias and generate stock out report and communicate to related stake holders to close the gaps. Weekly manage and analyze the short-term demand and supply and adjust the plan accordingly. Monthly MEIO review in Gains system for Demand planning and Inventory Policy Management. Quarterly EO material rebalancing disposition. Semi-annually maintain scheduling parameters such as lot sizes, lead times, shipment modes at global distribution centers. Assist ad-hoc activities and other projects. Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Education Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in Production planning, scheduling and Inventory control. Fluent in English Working experience in SAP PP and MM modules. High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel. APICS – CPIM certification preferred. Organized, dependable and enjoys helping others.
