招聘主任 Talent Acquisition Officer

Key Responsibilities： Take lead all talent acquisition job inline with company HR strategy and drive relative activities as owner and first contact window. Conduct Talent Acquisition Program in China together with global HR team in Netherlands and APAC HR team. Work tightly with HR Business Partner, Function Mangers and Hiring Mangers for the yearly workforce budget/ forecast, talent acquisition plan. Manage the whole cycle of recruitment from process improvement, candidate hiring (selection, screen, interview, assessment and offer) and risk control in law. Deliver talent acquisition target as core recruiter. Find right person in the right position and fulfil the vacancies in required time with high quality. Develop, support and maintain campus recruiting and career development programs. Build long term relationship with universities. Select, monitor and work with suppliers to provide good service for the company. Review performance of all talent acquisition suppliers and make them qualified. Develop and administer employee experience program to strength the employer branding. Promote the company image to internal and external candidates. Do the data analysis of talent acquisition from workday and excel. Provide constructive suggestions to HR Business Partner about the improvement in HR field in future. Required Qualification： Education background: Bachelor degree, human resources, management related major is preferred. Working experience: At least 5+ year experience in HR field, especially 3+ year focus on recruitment. Prefer to industrial automation or manufacturing industry. Headhunter background is a plus. Good data analysis skills. Better familiar with Workday system and Excel, PowerPoint. Self-motivated, Ownership, work efficiently and Team player. Languages: Good in both written and oral English.
