Sales Manager-Export/出口销售经理

Responsibilities职责:

1. Assist Management and National Sales Director to manage export sales team in regard to Company strategy and target. Develop sales plan, and re-allocate resources to realize the sales target.
协助公司管理层及中国区销售总监从销售战略和销售目标出发来实施对出口销售团队的管理，制定销售计划，合理分配资源，从而实现既定销售目标。

2. Thoroughly understand the market situation and future scenarios. Develop sales measures in cooperation with National Sales Director. 
透彻了解并分析市场情况以及未来的发展前景，协助中国区销售总监制订发展策略。

3. Secure and expand the business. Maintain and develop relationship with customers, meanwhile develop new market opportunities.
确保并开拓负责领域内的业务，维护并建立与客户间的销售网络，并开发新的市场机会。

4. Organize or take part in seminars, presentations and sales negotiations for important or potential customers/partners.
组织及参与面向重要客户或潜在合作伙伴的技术交流会，产品发布会以及销售谈判等。

5. Collect project information through various sales channels, and actively follow up to realize “create reference” and “success negotiation”.
通过各渠道搜集出口项目信息，积极跟进，实现“产品指定”和“成功谈判”。

6. Compiling regular reports, such as: forecasts, visit reports, market and customer information, competition analysis;
编制定期报告，如：预算，拜访报告，市场和客户信息、竞争分析；

7. Secure offer and order follow-up by cooperation with OEM sales to ensure each project placing order.
与OEM销售合作，确保报价以及订单的跟进工作，保证项目落到实处。

8. Coach sales team members on the products’ technical aspects, on marketing campaigns and sales techniques, so as to enhance the team’s overall performance. 
指导销售团队成员，包括：公司产品的技术知识、市场推广和销售技能，提高销售团队的整体绩效。

9. Assist National Sales Director to review on the achievement of sales target together with team members regularly, so as to secure more efficiency on achieving target.
协助中国区销售总监定期回顾各团队成员的目标达成情况并及时调整销售计划，确保销售目标的有效完成。

10. Assist to contribute to sales forecast and budgets planning.
协助参与年度销售预算及调整计划。

11. Assist to supervise sales expenses of the team. Performance evaluation for team members.
协助监督团队的销售费用支出。对销售团队成员进行绩效评估。

Requirements要求:

1. Bachelor degree of  Electrical Engineering, Automation or related;
本科以上电气工程，电力自动化类专业及相关;

2. At least 8 years of related work experience in power industry, 2 years leader experiences will be preferred;
8年以上电力行业相关设计、技术支持等工作经验，2年及以上主管经验优先； 

3. Good command of English (written & spoken); 
良好的英语沟通，包括口语及书写;

4. Be familiar with computer skills, e.g. SAP, Excel, PPT;
熟练应用包括SAP,Excel, PPT在内的应用软件；

5. High team-work inspirits, positively and actively;
高度团队合作精神、积极、主动；

6. Self motivated & ability to work independently;
自我激励并能独立完成工作；

7. Good communication skill;
良好地沟通技巧。
