Sr. Cell Development Engineer 资深电芯开发工程师

岗位职责：

1. Lead and directly contribute to the development of new designs of LIB, including but not limited to new materials evaluations, formulation development, and component selection for new generations of products.

2. Develop component and product specifications for both made and purchased components and assemblies.

3. Evaluate and develop suppliers and vendors.

4. Carry out cost down activities and second source development.

5. Participate in failure modes and effects analyses (DFMEA).

6. Support failure analysis on test cells and product.

任职要求：

1. 4+ years experience in Li-ion product design, especially on 18650/26650 and prismatic types.

2. Master/Doctor degree in Materials Science, Chemical(Electrochemical)Engineering

3. Deep knowledge of the fundamentals of cell design and performance, product development, pilot and production processes, and DFMEA of Lithium ion-based cells.

4. Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to combine theory with empirical observation.

5. Ability to interact effectively with vendors and colleagues.

6. Self-motivated, persistent, hands-on, and results-oriented.

7. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

8. Established track record of successful electrochemical product design.

9. Working knowledge of statistics.
