- For our Energy Management Division in MINHANG, we are looking for a Senior IE Engineer高级工业工程师.
What are my responsibilities - Facilitates cross-functional teams to lean transformation in People, Quality, Material Flow, and Cost- Build up team lean capability- Manufacturing Process Improvement- In charge of values Stream Analysis and follow up the identified actions- Coordinate with outsourcing support, like Consultant Company, Siemens regional function on the improvement activity
What do I need to qualify for this job - Knowledge of MV products.- Knowledge of processing and assembly.- Familiar with lean methodology- Customer Orientation- Aware of project management process/ production and quality methods
What else do I need to know - Education:- Bachelor in mechanical/electric engineering, mechanic design / electric automation- Proficiency in English, both oral and written skills. - Methods process related skills, qualification - lean manufacturing - Statistical Analysis - AutoCAD professional - Experience:- Lean project leader for at least 2 years is a plus - The candidate should be from heavy machinery industry, medium voltage equipment industry is a plus.
