河南百川畅银环保能源股份有限公司（以下简称百川环能或公司）成立于2009年4月，注册资本为12032万元。公司现有员工1000余人，专科以上学历占80%，硕士以上学历者80余人，其中包括能源专家、环境工程专家和金融投资专家。

公司专注于新能源项目的开发，包括沼气发电如垃圾填埋气发电、余热发电、工业沼气处理，公司同时准备在国内外开发光伏、风电、储能等其他类型新能源项目。碳减排项目的开发，填埋场生态修复工程，如封场工程、雨污分流工程、填埋气导排及火炬系统、污水调节池浮盖系统、新填埋库区建设。

公司已成功在河南、安徽、湖北、浙江、广东等省市以及马来西亚开发签约项目100多个，投产运营项目近80个，装机规模将近200兆瓦，投产项目和装机容量均位居国际国内前列。

2018年以来，公司积极开拓填埋场生态修复工程，公司已为多个垃圾填埋场提供了封场、雨污分流、填埋气导排及火炬系统、污水调节池浮盖系统、新填埋库区建设等生态修复工程服务。

Henan BCCY Environmental Energy Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as BCCY or Company) was founded in April 2009, with capital registered 120 million Yuan.The Company has more than 1000 employees, 80% of whom have college degree or above, and more than 80 with masters degree or above, including energy experts, environmental engineering experts, and financial investment experts.
