(STWH)Operative Buyer/执行采购专员

- For our Energy Sector in Wuhan, we are looking for an Operative Buyer/执行采购专员.
What are my responsibilities 1. Purchase orders/采购订单Process purchase requests (depending on thresholds); add necessary information (e.g. Commodity Code (ESN), INCOTERMS); purchase order management incl. tracking; checking of content to ensure cost-efficient and on time supply of materials according to demand；2. Procurement compliance/采购合规Compliance assurance with Procurement rules of Siemens and usage of Siemens contract partners based on click4suppliers easy and FPL to ensure the usage of competitive Terms Conditions and by that obtaining highest feasible CNI；3. Data management/采购数据管理Maintain and update supplier master data (if mandated) in SAP; archive documents according to local regulations to keep the database always accurate and up to date；4. Savings generation/成本节约Generate savings to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent；5. Interface communication/接口沟通Interface to internal customers (requisitioners), suppliers and accounting; actively contribute to cooperation with all other parties involved and passing on all relevant information to improve the flow of material and value through the supply chain.6. Knowledge management/信息管理Forward systematically all relevant Procurement related project information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date；7. Implementing alternative procurement sources to minimize stock replacement times, reduce inventory levels and costs
What do I need to qualify for this job 1. University degree, bachelor or above; majored in trade, economy or logistics related; 大学本科及以上学历，贸易，物流相关专业2. At least 3 yrs strategic procurement working experience, merit at oversea company; 至少3年以上制造型企业执行采购工作经历，有外资企业工作经验者优先；3. Familiar with manufacturing industry and related procurement procedures; 熟悉制造型企业采购工作流程；4. Good command of English, CET-4 or above; 良好的英文听说读写能力，CET-4级及以上；5. Good communication and negotiation capability; 良好的沟通和谈判能力；6. Result oriented, reliable and responsible; 具备较强的结果导向，工作认真负责，可信赖；
