   扬州国电南自开关有限公司是ABB与国电南自共同出资组建的合资公司。合资公司由ABB控股，是ABB进入中端市场的重要战略步骤，也是国内知名企业与跨国公司强强联合又一成果。合资公司主要生产中压一次开关柜、环网柜、箱式变电站、柱上开关等产品，合资公司计划五年之内，销售收入超过5亿人民币。
 
   Yangzhou SAC Switchgear Co., Ltd. is a joint venture contributed by ABB (China) Limited and Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. ABB is the majority shareholder of the JV and it is a significant move of ABB business development strategy in the mid-segment market. And it is a powerful alliance by domestic known enterprise and MNC. The JV is going to provide MV Primary Switchgear, Ring Main Unit, Compact Secondary Substation and Outdoor Pole Mounted Circuit Breaker. According to the business plan, the sales revenue will be more than 0.5 billion RMB in five years.
