岗位描述

1. 与供应商和厂商合作，识别新产品和技术；进行新产品评估、测试和资格认证。

2. 对应用进行严格的产品和现场试验。

3. 根据批准的设计实施数字化电动车充电应用。

4. 在预计发布日期上为产品经理和销售团队提供项目管理支持，并维护产品标准操作程序和安装指南。

5. 为技术团队和业务团队提供产品的技术培训。

6. 负责审查产品支持文档，并为客户/潜在客户举办产品研讨会。

7. 支持产品演示和处理客户支持查询。

8. 构思、设计和开发物联网（IoT）网络。

岗位要求

1. 计算机、工程、科学或相关学科的认可本科学位。

2. 3-6年数字平台和电动车充电解决方案的工作经验。

3. 熟悉电动车充电、数字平台管理及相关协议，如OCPP，以及设备数据收集及相关协议，如MQTT和HTTP。

4. 熟悉软件和产品测试。

5. 电子和电气产品基础知识。

6. 网络设计和路由原理的经验。

Job Description

1. Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to identify new products and technologies; conducts new product evaluation, testing, and qualification.

2. Conduct rigorous product and site trials of the applications

3. Implement the digital EV charging applications according to approved designs

4. Support project management support to product managers and sales team on potential launch dates and maintain all product SOP and installation guide

5. Conduct technical training for our products to the technical and business team

6. Responsible for reviewing product support documentation, and product seminars for customers/prospects

7. Support the demonstration of products and handling of customer support inquiries

8. Conception, design and development of IoT network

Job Requirement

1. A recognised bachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.

2. 3-6 years working knowledge of Digital platform and EV Charging Solutions

3. Working knowledge of EV Charging, Digital Platform management and the associated protocols such OCPP, as well as device data collection and the associated protocols such as MQTT and HTTP.

4. Working knowledge of software and product testing

5. Foundational knowledge of electronics and electrical product

6. Experience in network design and routing principles
