职位描述

1.光伏站点的识别和分析

2.与业主和当局谈判租赁、执照、许可证和城市规划合同

3.执行整个审批过程（开发计划，开发计划的更改）直到建筑许可证

4.处理和创建所有审批和项目文件

5.选择和协调服务提供商（如规划师、专家）

6.制定项目计划以及控制进度和成本方面的项目

7.申请和规划并网

8.准备参加正式招标过程的所有必要文件

要求

1.本科及以上学历，能源、电力、工程建设等相关专业优先;

2.3年以上海外光伏市场沟通、执行力和公关能力;

3.中英文流利，可作为工作语言，能接海外出差。

Job Description

·Identification and analysis of PV sites

·Negotiation of lease, license, permit and town planning contracts with property owners and authorities

·Carrying out the entire approval process (development plan, changes to the development plan) up to the building permit

·Processing and creation of all approval and project documents

·Selection, commissioning and coordination of service providers (e.g. planners, experts)

·Creation of project plans as well as control of projects with regard to schedule and cost control

·Applying for and planning the grid connection

·Preparation of all necessary documents for participation in the official tendering process

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above, energy, electric power, engineering construction and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than 3 years of experience in power station project development in the relevant market, and more than 3 years of working experience in the same position;

3. Good communication, execution and public relations capabilities;

4. Fluent in English and Chinese, can be used as a working language, and can accept overseas business trips.
