职位描述

MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

主要工作职责：

A. 协助市场部和销售部进行光伏产品的市场调研和竞争分析，根据提供的相关市场数据、竞争对手信息，为产品决策、产品系列推出等提供方案。

Based on the company's market research report and competitive analysis, provide solutions for product decisions and product launches.

B. 参与产品规划和需求管理，协助研发，工艺，技术团队制定产品规格和特性，编写产品需求文档，确保产品功能和用户体验的实现。

Participate in product planning and requirements management, assist with product specifications and features, write product requirements documentation, and work with RD team to ensure the implementation of product features and user experience.

C. 跟踪产品开发进度，协助市场部门进行产品推广。

Follow up product development progress and assist Marketing Department in product promotion, solve problems and challenges in the development process, and ensure the smooth development of products.

D. 跟踪产品销售情况和客户反馈，收集和分析市场数据，提供产品改进和优化的建议。

Lead to arrange customer visit or audit request.Follow up product sales and customer feedback, collect and analyze market data, provide suggestions on product improvement and optimization, assist product manager to make product improvement plan and promote implementation.

E. 负责对客户反馈的各种信息进行汇总、整理，并及时响应，同时将信息递交相关领导；

Collect information which provided by customers and give feedback meanwhile report to leaders;

F. 负责部门领导安排的其它临时性工作。

Accomplish the work which assigned by leaders.
