? The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for assembly.

装配主管负责产品的组装工作管理。

Responsibilities 岗位职责

？ Follow-up assembly schedule provided by SAP and planner;

跟进SAP和计划员的组装计划；

？ Manage the inventory of workshops; Urge other workshops for needed material; Insure material flow throughout the shop;

管理车间库存；敦促其他车间提供所需的材料；确保物料在车间有序流通；

？ Lean production; Make sure high working efficiency; Expedite production by production line improvement; Implement cost-saving project.

精益管理；确保高效率工作；通过改进生产线加快生产；开展成本节约项目。

？ Lead fitters to insure the quality of production; Avoid NCR;

带领装配工确保生产质量，避免产生质量不合格情况；

？ Insure fitters under the direction are following safe working practices and company policy; Labor discipline management of subordinate personnel; Make sure subordinate finish the task and fill in all document as needed; Evaluate fitter skills and assess the need for additional training;

指导并确保装配工遵循安全的工作规范和公司政策；管理下属人员的劳动纪律；确保员工完成任务并根据需要填写相应文件；评估装配工的技能，并评估是否需要额外的培训；

？ Maintain a neat and orderly workplace;Take good care the use and maintenance of tools and equipment;

保持整洁有序的工作场所；谨慎使用和维护工具和设备；

？ Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

完成上级安排的其他工作。

Requirements and Qualifications 岗位要求

？ Enginnerring or relevant major is preferred;

具备工程学或相关专业者优先；

？ Minimum 5 years experience with production activities, and minimum 2 years experience from assembling management;

5年以上的生产经验，至少2年的装配管理经验；

？ Good computer skills; Experience with Microsoft Office software;

良好的计算机技能，具有良好的Microsoft Office软件经验；

？ Be familiar with the ERP system, preferably experienced with SAP;

熟悉ERP系统，***具有SAP系统操作经验；

？ Good communication skills and basic English skills;

良好的沟通能力，基本的英语听说读写能力；

？ Material movement flow management is essential;

必须具备物料移动流程管理能力；

？ Analytical with problem solving skills;A great sence of responsibility and focus on details; Result-oriented;

具有解决和分析问题的能力，强大的责任心，并注重细节；以结果为导向；

？ Optimizing ability; Cost-saving sense; Lean production management;

具有持续优化能力，包括节约成本、精益生产管理；

？ Ability to lead, motivate and delegate workers.
