资深机械设计工程师

岗位职责：

1、Mechanical design of automation and vacuum system and system integration, including requirements and concept, CAD modeling and mechanical design, design reviews, vendor and consultant management, parts procurementinspect, prototypes integration, and performance characterization

就自动化,真空系统、处理腔、系统整合进行机械部分设计，包括：明确设计要求和理念、利用CAD建模、机械设计及审核、供应商管理、部件采购及检查、样机整合、性能描述。

2、Application of FEA（such COSMOS） in component and/or assemblies design， Apply design best practices to ensure reliability,repeatability, manufacturability, and serviceability within reasonable cost

运用有限元分析（COSMOS）进行部件及整体设计，运用***实践保证设备的稳定、重复、可靠、在制造过程中的可行性、维护保养过程中的方便性，同时将成本控制在合理的范围内。

3、 Documentation release to production, design changes, and configuration management

文档审核及发布，包括生产变更、设计修改、配置管理。

4、on-site analyze keep track problems for customer equipment test

对量产设备进行客户现场问题跟踪及分析

任职资格：

- BS/MS in ME or equivalent experience

本科/硕士学历或相近,硕士优先

- Min. of 10 years relevant experience in mechanical structure and system design, including 6 yr minimum in vacuum system related design

至少10年机械结构及系统设计相关工作经验,包括至少5年真空行业设计经验

- Semiconductor/Photovoltage equipment design experience preferred

有半导体/光伏设备设计相关经验者优先考虑

- Extensive experience in design includes the following: vacuum systems including vacuum chamber, gas distribution,system automation，heating cooling system, RF Transfer ,especial high temp system transfer

丰富的设计经验，包括真空腔、气体分配系统，自动化系统、加热冷却系统,射频导入,高温下传输系统。

- Proficiency in 3D-CAD modeling and mechanical design (Solidworks desirable). Knowledge of design analytical skills such as COSMOS is a plus

能熟练使用AutoCAD进行三维设计和制图，熟练使用Solidworks或能够操作设计分析软件（COSMOS）者优先考虑。

- Familiar in manufacturing process. Experience in 1-2 full system design cycles preferred (from requirement spec until release to production)

熟悉生产制造过程，参与整个系统设计过程经验（了解具体要求至审核发布生产所需文件）者优先考虑。

- Comprehensive technical English reading/writing ，keep team work，good communication with co-worker
