职责描述: 1.与客户商定年度计划,并监控月度和季度绩效; 2.与客户协商定价和合同条款; 3.协商信贷条款,确保客户按时付款; 4.每月提供需求、定价和付款预测,并且每周更新; 5.根据渠道和营销策略开发新客户; 6.监控竞争对手的价格、活动和策略; 7.具有重要客户管理经验,包括制定渠道管理战略、客户规划和定价、现金和信贷条款谈判; 8.具有在市场条件快速变化普遍的动态行业中管理关键客户的经验,具有光伏行业的经验; 建立和维护客户长期关系的经验; 9.上级交办的其他任务 1.Agreeing the annual plans with customers, and monitoring monthly and quarterly performance; 2.Negotiating customer pricing and contract terms; 3.Negotiating credit terms and ensuring payments are received on time from customers; 4.Providing demand, pricing and payment forecasts on a monthly basis with weekly updates; 5.Developing new customers in line with the channel and marketing strategy; 6.Monitoring competitor prices, activities and strategies; 7.Previous experience in key account management, including developing channel management strategies, account planning and negotiation of pricing, cash credit terms; 8.The ideal candidate would have experience in managing key accounts in dynamic industries where rapid changes in market conditions are common, preferably with experience in the Photovoltaic sector; 9.Experience in building and supporting long term relationships; 10.Other tasks assigned by superiors. 任职要求: 1.电气、电力或相关专业本科及以上,特别优秀者可适当放宽; 2.精通英语,其他当地语言者优先 3.至少3年光伏行业现场销售经验; 4.具备光伏市场行业动态和景观的良好知识; 5.良好的光伏并网/离网系统和BOS系统技术背景知识; 6.投标项目管理准备和协调经验; 7.熟悉光伏产业价值链下游影响因素,对竞争环境敏感; 8.愿意在短时间内到海外出差; 9.较强的谈判和沟通能力; 10.自我激励,独立,勤奋,注重细节; 11.主动解决问题,对客户热情 1.Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Power or related field; 2.Good proficient of English is a MUST and any other local languages are added advantage; 3.Minimum 3 years field sales experience in PV industry. 4.Having good knowledge of PV market industry dynamics and landscape is required; 5.Good technical background knowledge of PV on grid/ off grid systems and BOS system; 6.Experience in tender project management preparation and coordination; 7.Excellent knowledge of PV industry value chain downstream influencers and sensitive in competition environment; 8.Willingness to do business travel overseas in short notice; 9.Strong negotiating and communication skills; 10.Self-motivated, independent, diligent and detail-oriented personality; 11.Proactive in solving problems, open to customers.
