Overall objective
Develop the business strategy for Kraftpowercons range of products and gain value leadership in a high competition market.
Define and Execute Go To Market plan with sales in direct incl. digital and distribution channels to grow the customers base, at the lowest possible cost.
Improving the customer experience and internally improve the efficiency in sales process.
An additional responsibility is to ensure with specific and at all times updated information (technical, market related etc) about the appointed region and business sector. The objective is to make sure the Business Unit has enough information to continuously make informed decision about prioritization of shared (within and outside of the BU) resources.
Key responsibilities
Develop a superior customer buying experience, aligned with internally by having high performance standards in our marketing, sales and AS processes.
Increase sales and distribution application knowledge, value propositions and technical knowhow to win more business.
Accelerate demand in the regional markets by generating awareness and interest across digital and physical channels and through this generate a flow of leads.
Responsible to develop individuals, attract talented professionals in Sales, Marketing AS and ensure a positive working environment.
Set up performance metrics, monitor and analyze information to continuously improve the operations.
As a start up phase, for the Key Account level, perform the overall sales execution phase and analysis phase of selling KP products and solutions, by engaging the prospect (Lead generation, sales pitch preparation qualifying), making the match (determining fit, proposing), and making the deal (closing, re-setting expectations) and manage the overall relationship within the KA organization.
Authorities
Manage the staff including employing and laying off staff
Make and sign quotations within limits
Perform business negotiations and sign orders within limits
Plan and approve business trips
Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university Business.
Degree in Engineering with several years experience in Marketing and/or Business Development.
Experience:
Minimum Eight years of business development experience in B2B with documented financial growth results.
5 years experience in setting strategies and executing growth programs and/or campaigns in local markets.
Knowledge how to correctly position products and services in local markets.
Experience in guiding teams in pricing strategy and financial models that are market- and/or value oriented.
Experience of managing digital channels including Inbound Marketing/Social Selling with proven results.
