Position: Account Manager

Location: Shanghai, China

工作内容DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and develop long-term partnerships with key clients.

管理和发展与关键客户的长期合作关系

2. Increase renewal rates of our products and service offerings.

增加公司产品和服务的续单率

3. Identify new opportunities and explore business with potential customers.

发现新机遇并与潜在客户探讨业务

4. Achieve sales /profitability targets and overall financial objectives for designated accounts.

实现指定客户的销售/盈利目标和总体财务目标

5. Build strong relationships with customers, lead strategic negotiations and be able to connect with influence decision makers.

与客户建立牢固关系，领导战略谈判，并能够与决策者建立联系并对其产生影响

6. Understand customer needs/expectations and provide tailor made solutions.

了解客户需求/期望并提供量身定制的解决方案

7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve difficult situations and complaints.

处理客户咨询并解决困难情况和投诉

8. Manage and monitor client’s quality programs, collaborate with operations and coordinate all business activities with internal divisions.

管理和监控客户的质量计划，与运营部门协作，并与内部部门协调所有业务活动

9. Collect, assess and report market intelligence.

收集，评估和报告市场情报

任职资格JOB REQUIREMENTS

教育背景要求EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree (and above) in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field;

工商管理，市场营销，金融或其他相关专业学士学位（及更高学历）

工作经验要求 WORK EXPERIENCE

1- Minimum 2 years related work experience; business development, finance and/or key account management experience is an advantage; candidates with a background in energy and/or technology are preferred.

至少2年相关工作经验；有业务拓展，金融或关键客户管理经验者优先考虑; 最好有金融和/或太阳能行业背景

工作技能要求SKILLS ABILITIES

1- Fluency in English required, knowledge of German and/or Dutch is preferred, any other European languages are a plus.

良好的英语口语和书面表达能力；

2- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

3- Proactive, able to generate new ideas, good at impacting and convincing others and get initiatives implemented.
