1. Establish and improve the human resources management system;
2. Provide the relevant human resources strategy, organization construction advice, and is committed to improve the comprehensive management level of the group;
3. Provide advices of career planning to middle level and above team of management;
4. Timely process major human resources issues in the daily management;
5. In charge of training implementation;
6. Establish company culture program;
7. Provide advices of employee retaition.
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Major in human resources management or related disciplines;
3. Knowledge of human resources and administration, good command of written and spoken English , and strong writing skills in Chinese;
4. At least 7 years’ experiences in HR and 2 years’ experiences in team management，background of solar industry;
5. Excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills.
6. Excellent oral English, can report to foreign CEO.
