生产部 倒班技术主管（TEST）

Introduction/职位引言:For Siemens Industrial Automation Products Ltd., Chengdu, we are looking for Shift Technical Supervisor in Chengdu.What  are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么 1. Lead shopfloor workers and technicians for electronically manufacturing and assembly.带领团队完成公司生产安排2. Lead in 5S, Quality, planning, operation and improvement activities. 带领团队保证生产区域的安全, 5S, 质量和持续的改进3. Lead in equipment troubleshooting in operation team. 带领团队完成设备的保养和故障修理4. Lead in area machine and process performance continue improvement. 带领团队实现区域设备和工艺绩效的持续改善5. Support of production processes training to operation team, Spec writing up, working instruction for operation and equipment  maintenance, etc. 负责生产操作和维护作业指导书的制定，以及对员工的培训6. Planning and Reporting of daily operation (In English). 完成日常的生产安排和生产报告 (英文)7. Be adapted to shift working.适应翻班工作What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任 1. More than 2 year equipment troubleshooting and PM experience.2. More than 1 year station leader or operation leader experience.3. Good teamwork and Leadership.4. Good communication and coordination skill both in English and Chinese.What else do I need to know/我还需要了解的职位信息 Siemens is dedicated to quality, equality, and valuating diversity and we welcome applications that reflect the diversity of the communities within which we work.西门子致力于提供公正平等的工作机会并着眼于建设多元化的文化和团队，了解更多西门子生活。
