Requirements 1. Professional requirementCollege degree or above with major in Machinery Engineering or in equivalent 5+ years working experience in machinery or transmitter industry manufacturing. Experience of fixture design, familiar with CAD, Pro/E or similar software. Being familiar with metal material processing or treatment is a plus. Rich experience of production process development and efficiency improvement, problem shooting. Being familiar with welding technique, assembly process, and none-standard equipment development is a plus. Experience of 6 Sigma tools application and analysis is a plus.Language: English fluent 2. Team spirit, willingness to cooperate and communicating strength Main DutiesProduction process development and efficiency improvement, support layout change and optimization, capacity increase. Production problem shooting and root cause analysis to support hot issue and customer complain, support FPY improvement. Lead process development of BU new product’s projects, including fixtures and equipment development, validation till they are qualified and introduced for mast production. Promote production line process standardization and documentation, e.g. working instruction, control plan, P-FMEA creation and maintenance. Lead to continuously improve the existing process and reduce fail rate by improvement of the existing mold tools, fixtures, process flow or workmanship. Familiar with SPC tools and dimension chain calculation to improve the current assembly process.
