Senior system EngineerEducationMaster or doctor degree in EE Engineering or CS or related field.Experience required: 8 years of working experience in related fieldsIndustrial automation or network protocol or other system knowledge highly desirable.Understand Industrial automation or communication equipment or device development and requirement from system perspective.Experience of industrial automation or communication product related definition/specification capability. Solid understanding of link and physical layer protocols including Ethernet, Wifi, BT, etc.Experience of EtherCAT is a big plus.Solid foundation in mathematics and algorithm.Keen in performance and design complexity trade-off.Experience of system level modeling and simulation capability.Good project management and communication skills.Team oriented with leading capability.Knowledge of Serdes, DDR memory, SOC/CPU, interfaces, fabric, a big plusDocumentation in English is highly desirable(CET-6 and Proficiency in verbal and written English communications is preferred).ResponsibilityThe person will be a product, algorithm and technology role to work on functional and architectural design for intelligent production technologies.Provide Technical Inputs for implementing intelligent laser head, computer numerical control devices including system design, communication protocol, performance analyses and other supporting issues.Create or particiate in functional specifications, architectural specifications and test plans. 高级系统工程师岗位描述：1、担任产品、算法和技术的角色，从事智能生产技术相关的功能和架构设计；2、为实现智能激光头、计算机数控设备提供技术支撑，包括系统设计、通信协议、性能分析等方面；3、撰写或参与功能、架构的spec和测试计划书。任职资格：1、电子工程或计算机相关专业硕士或博士学位。2、有8年以上相关领域的工作经验；3、熟悉工业自动化或网络协议或其他系统；4、从系统的角度理解工业自动化或通信设备或设备开发和需求；5、具有工业自动化或通信产品相关定义/规格的经验；6、对以太网、Wifi、BT等链路和物理层协议有较好的理解；7、有EtherCAT经验者优先考虑；8、扎实的数学和算法基础；9、热衷于性能和设计复杂性的权衡；10、具有系统级建模和仿真能力；11、有良好的项目管理和沟通能力；12、以团队为导向，具有领导能力；13、熟悉Serdes、DDR内存、SOC/CPU、接口、fabric的优先考虑；14、英语文档编写能力较强(CET-6，英语听说读写流利者优先)。
