Recruitment:- Post recruitment ads on recruiting channels according to hiring request and refresh related online channels daily;- Interview arrangement for candidates according to interviewer’s schedule, candidates materials collecting;- Follow up the related HR documents according to recruiting process;- Daily updating recruitment report according to the real-time status and related paper work;- Basic data analysis for recruitment related report.Training:- Coordinate with training implementation and updating training report which is based on training plan;C&B:- Collect employees’ leave application forms and updates leave database real-timely;HR Administration:- Staff profile clean up.- Handle payment requests, if required;- Other HR job tasks assigned by HR superiors.BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS- Junior or Senior of BA or MA in management related majors, human resources management is preferred;- Can work 3-4 days per week- Good Microsoft Office skills such as WORD, EXCEL, PPT etc.;- Good communication and interpersonal skills;- Good written and verbal communication skills;- Good team player; Quick learner;
