Responsibilities： 1.Responsible for developing and coaching new Official Partner (OP); Design the people, customer, market development plan for OP; 2.Dual functions of OP activities and business development activities, to achieve OP turnover, profit and growth targets defined by Sales Manager; 3.Manage the accounts receivable, communication between company and OP; Ensure to minimize the business & compliance risk. 4.Channel performance achievement linked with OP target, assist OP with selling products, developing sales and marketing plans. 5.Channel joint action support, including joint seminar, customer development and joint visit, etc 6.Channel development feedback from local market and competitors. 7.Develop new channel network growth in domestic market, implementing the channel development strategy 8.Follow up on the performance, conduct regular review with partners 9.Channel training including technical, products, channel policy training and other commercial training. Requirements： 1.3 years of relevant business experience necessary. 2.A strong industry experience is must as background, if could be related to the products of Festo, is a plus.
