Main activities:Responsible for the preparation, execution and reporting of maintenance activities.Also responsible for solving errors within the material handling system.Identifying causes of faults in the Low Level Controls and High Level Controls systems, and working with the Controls Helpdesks to resolve such faults.Daily maintenance activities by PM under Maximo and troubleshooting.Daily monitoring of equipment condition.roactively locate BHS improvement opportunities in operational process and activities.Supporting regular operation maintenance arrangement with site Operations and Maintenance managers. Responsivities:Solving of most complex errors in the BHS system.Execution of preventive maintenance (both electrical and mechanical).Reporting of executed maintenance activities.Analysis of system errors.Replacements of machine spare parts.Action execution on technical trainings, HSE/5S activities evaluations.BHS KPI Performance communication with duty crews and management.BHS systems improvement opportunities and leading executions.Reporting of problems and maintenance activities that need attention.Shift job require according the requirement of Airport operation.Motivation for Request Qualification and abilities:College or above technical education in automation or ST engineering background.Have electrical, mechanical and control knowledge is required.Working background in automation engineering of the capital goods industry is preferred.Experience of supporting automated systems with a good level of electro-mechanical skills.Minimal 3 years experiences in technical function related to EM or controls, PLC knowledge is preferred.Electrical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills, including the replacement and configuration of field devices (inverters, sensors, scanners etc).Mechanical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills (gearboxes / bearings / sprockets / drives etc).Read electrical schematics / wiring diagrams in both Chinese and English versions.Quickly respond to facility failures and/or emergencies is required.Good command with English in read/writing is required and verbal skills is preferred.
