Responsibilities:
Assist GM in setting up HR and Admin. system.
协助总经理建立人力行政体系
In charge of company administrative and IT related work, e.g. , IT helpdesk support and maintenance, office management, shuttle bus, canteen etc.
负责公司行政和IT相关的工作,例如IT运维,办公室管理,员工班车,饭堂等
Responsible for recruitment activities from job ad posting to final employment process
负责从招聘广告发布到最终录用的整个招聘流程
Responsible for payroll and benefit administration work
负责薪酬福利管理工作
Prepare all HR reports to Management in an accurate and professional manner
为管理层准备准确和专业的人力资源的报告
Work out department budget according to company target
根据公司目标制定部门预算
Assist management team to set up KPI for department and for individual, and follow up on the evaluation process
协助管理团队为部门和个人设立KPI,并且跟进评估过程
Work out the training plan and follow up on the implementation of training programs.
制定培训计划并跟进培训项目的实施
Assist in work visa application for foreign employee
协助外籍员工申请工作签证
Manage and maintain good employee relationship
管理和维护良好的员工雇主关系
Interaction with Trade Union for team building and competency improvement.
和工会互动促进员工团队和技能建设
File relative HR information for documentation
人力资源相关信息的整理归档
Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor or above: Major in HR management or equivalent
本科或以上学历;人力资源管理或相关专业
Experience: 5+ years relevant experiences preferably in MNC environment
5年以上相关经验,尤其是跨国公司工作经验
Language: Good command of written spoken English and Mandarin
良好的英语和中文的听说读写能力
Excellent skills in: Sound knowledge of PRC Labor Ordinance, employment-related rules, and manpower sourcing; Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
熟悉劳动条例,就业法规及人才搜寻;较强的与各级人员沟通与交往能力
Average skills in: Proficiency in MS office application
熟练操作办公软件
Others: Open mind, can-do attitude; Self-discipline; Self-motivated
思维开阔,实干精神;自我约束;自我激励
