What are my responsibilities

 

1．Lead QS team to continuous improve manufacture process quality. And promote zero defect culture in company

2．Assign job to QS employees and ensure the working quality & productivity

3．People management:

Training and coaching QS engineers

Keep and develop QS engineers

4．Lead quality supervision:

Monitor quality target and continuous improvement

Quality problem handling and improvement actions follow up

NCC (Nonconformity cost) target Monitoring and improvement actions follow up

Ensure 8D process & report quality

Regular quality reporting to management and Headquarter

Implement process audit according to business demand
