Responsibilities and Duties:
-Conduct regular follow-up with department leaders to determine and implement recruiting plans
-Issue and manage recruiting data via media
-Complete a direct search of the candidate database to find the right person in the right region for the vacancy
-Receive and review applications, pretest and short-list candidates and manage interviews
-Request references and check the suitability of applicants before employment
-Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and expand our recruitment talent database
-Build and maintain sources for recruiting
-Conduct various HR procedures, including but not limited to employees on boarding process, labor contract signing, social security and housing funds monthly payment and annual assessment, employees resigning process and maintain HR archives, etc.
-Improve HR procedures
-Prepare various reports for management
-Other tasks from seniors
Qualification required:
-Bachelor degree in related disciplines and at least 2 years experience working with recruiting
-Familiar with government regulations and HR procedures
-Proficient in English writing and speaking
-Skilled at MS Office and other relate software
-Responsible and accountable, and be professionally moral
-Team player and good at expression and communication
-Self-motivated and willing to take challenges
