SUMMARY: To attain and foster motive power contracts and MP accounts customer relationships, grow Enersys motive power sales profitably by increasing the purchasing share of most international forklift manufacturers. Grow sales in new markets by broadening the customer base and leveraging the strengths of the Enersys product offerings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as appropriate.
Within the context of the strategic plan, define and implement the necessary policies, practices to:
1. Sell and promote company products in a profitable way
2. Identify Key accounts and markets. Develop and implement plans to grow market share in OEM FLT manufacturers.
3. Understand customer needs and meet customer expectations
4. Attain MP sales quota as assigned by the MP Sales Manager, South.
5. Attain signed contract quota as assigned by the MP Sales Manager, South.
6. Grow MP business by developing appropriate FLT OEMs.
7. Keep expenses within budget limits.
8. Identify and profile potential MP accounts.
9. Design and present presentations to meet customer’s expectations.
10. Complete trip reports and submit to the MP Sales Manager South after business traveling.
11. Work with Enersys motive power sales and service network to properly manage and maintain the MP accounts in China.
12. Establish the value of the Enersys corporate brand image and the hawker brand name.
13. Insure market has full access to the entire Enersys product portfolio and leverage this strength for profitability and growth.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Although there are no direct supervisory responsibilities, must possess superior facilitation and coordination skills to work with the existing Key Accounts and new distributors, work with manufacturing project team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience:
bachelor degree or above,
5 years sales experiences in a motive related field ie fork lifts, material handling, batteries etc.
Language Skills: Good command of English
Reasoning Ability: above average
Computer Skills: competency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Other Skills and Abilities: strong selling ability, business presentation skills, excellent communication skills& coordination skills, high energy level and drive to be successful
