1. Sourcing Strategy and Allocation Processes定点策略及流程
Identification of supplier set, executive in all steps of the RFQ-process: price comparison, supplier negotiation, completeness of documents, sourcing approval process, in order to fulfill the demand of other departments. High value projects (high complexity) with top management focus with significant impact to success of the company.
确定供应商资源，严格按照RFQ流程开展采购工作，包括：价格对比、供应商谈判、过程资料管理、资源选定审批，以满足其他部门采购需求。包括对管理层关注的重大项目（复杂项目），对公司成就有突出影响的项目进行资源开发工作。40%

2. Change Management变更管理
- Cost analysis of requested changes and its negotiation with suppliers.
对产品变更进行成本分析，与供应商开展成本谈判。
- Continuously price negotiations in order to effectively control claimed cost changes.
持续进行产品设变谈判，以有效管控变更成本的增加。
- Documentation of changes and tracking of implementation to adjust purchasing contract or sign amendment accordingly.
变更记录的存档，跟踪变更的实现，进行相应的采购合同更新或签署补充协议。20%

3. Supplier contract signature供应商合同签订 
Release Official Purchase Order to supplier, report and coordination of the supplier contract signature process in order to guarantee the stability of supplier cooperation, maintenance the company rights and interests.
下发正式采购订单，执行供应商合同签订并定期进行汇报，保证供应商合作的稳定性，维护公司权益。20%

4. NPM cost analysis and report产品成本分析及汇报
Analysis of different commodities market, overall report of non-productive material costs within Procurement on a regular basis in order to get the latest cost status and to achieve effective controlling of cost. Enhancement of report structure, process and templates. Reporting function to top management.
产品细分市场数据分析，定期进行非生产性物料采购成本报告，以了解最新成本状态最终实现产品成本的有效管控。对汇报方式、流程、及文件模板进行强化改善。对公司管理层进行工作状态汇报。20%

5. Specific Tasks for this Position 特定职责
- Related procurement administration and documentation work.
采购相关事务性工作。
-Specific tasks assigned by the supervisor.
上级安排的其它工作职责。
- Development of purchasing processes according to benchmarking, exchange with shareholders, industry standards with input to strategy of department.
根据行业标准制定采购流程，与股东方进行沟通，将行业规范应用于部门策略。 10%


任职要求：
Education教育背景
- Bachelor Degree(Commercial/Engineering) 学士学位（商务/工程）
Experience (type of)工作经验（类型）
- Min 2 years working experience in automotive industry, experience of automotive industry related equipment, service, goods purchasing or supplier sourcing project for non-production material is a mandatory requested working experience.
2年（及以上）汽车行业工作经验，必须具备汽车行业设备类、服务类、辅料等非生产性物料的采购经验或供应商资源开发经验。

Specific knowledge/skills具备的知识/技能
- Be proficient in purchasing process, knowledge of relevant supplier markets, good commercial English communication skills, tax & customs knowledge, logistic coordination skills and contract risks prevention.
熟悉采购流程，具备相关供应商市场信息，良好的商务英语沟通技巧，税务及关务知识，物流事务协调能力，合同风险规避能力。
