POSITION SUMMARY 职位职责概要

-Responsible for all project related activities during entire project phase including warranty period

-Order processing from kick off meeting with sales order to delivery/ end of warranty

-Plan and control all project activities during project. Responsible for project cost, time schedule and quality control.

-Project communication and coordination with all related parties like for example End User, Design institute, ANDRITZ product and engineering team

MAJOR DUTIES 主要职责

Project plan:

-Prepare project plan and supervise the process to meet the delivery time schedule within budget.

-Create and maintain the project in SAP system.

-Project cost control, time schedule and quality control, risk management

-Prepare and maintain project plan cost, project cash flow follow up Project execution

-Establish project organization

-Commercial issues follow up including payment, invoice and billing etc.

-Prepare, maintain and distribute project plan to relative parties

-Get BOM and clear specification from product manager

-Maintain D-BOM base on C-BOM

-Get equipment design scheme and drawing from vendor basing on specification.

-Coordinate vendor to get the equipment design approved

-Organise and participate the liaison meeting and design review meeting with End User/ Design Institute if necessary

-Communicate and coordinate End User Design Institute, product manager and vendor to finalize the layout design.

-Assistant Purchasing Dept. to issue PO to vendor especial for the technical appendix

-Follow up production schedule and quality control.

-Packing and shipping arrangement if necessary.

-Organise commissioning and start-up and get the FAC

-Project documentation management in hard copy and electrical format

-Handle customer complaints or the liquidated damages

-Follow up failure during warrantee period

Try to meet customer satisfaction during project execution.

Other, Non-Project Related

-Improve processes, standards, tools and skill levels within the organization together with other members of the project team.

-Support Sales, Technology and Product and Service manager

Supporting the project team working.

COMPETENCE 所需的资质能力

-Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering

-More than 5 years of experience in equipment manufacturing and relative project management

-Good English communication skill in reading/writing and oral.

-Excellent planning and organizational abilities

-Excellent team spirit and good coordination skill.

-SAP knowledge and good at office software.
