Main tasks and responsibilities:1.Planning: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports(revenue, cost saving etc.) as per superior's requirement;2.Project Management: Create cross function team, project schedule and budget; review and monitor projects progress;3.FA follow up: Coordinate related function team to build and submit FA (First Article) samples and get approval from customers4.System set up coordination: Coordinate to set up system(STARTEC, SAP, etc.)5.Project Transformation: Hold ramp up meeting to transfer the project to operation planner in order to ensure project successful implementation6.First order handle: Handle first order including material preparation, schedule commitment to customer7.Host customer visit, meet or exceed customer expectations, including delivery, cost, quality and serviceQualification: 1.Bachelor degree with major in Mechanical/Electric related engineering discipline is a must;2.Minimun 3 years of project management experience in MNCs;3.Strong coordination and communication skill, accountability, integrity, customer focus;4.Fluent English is a must.
