高级研究员-ES

The Senior Researcher demonstrates deep expertise in spiral wound membrane product application development and element design, working on global NPI (new product introduction) NTI (new technology introduction) projects, product new applications development, technical support for manufacturing plant etc. Position duties include collaborating with all cross functional teams internally and with customers suppliers externally, managing multiple projects, providing technical and professional guide to junior researchers, creating new NPIs (new product introduction) projects etc.

Closely collaborate across technology, engineering, product management, supply chain, commercial and other functions for the development, scale up, application and optimization of next generation products.

Establish and maintain relationships with required external interfaces to ensure that customer requirements are understood and being achieved.

Establish and monitor the project requirements, timing, and resources to ensure the meet or exceed business objectives and goals.

Provide leadership and technical direction for assigned responsibilities on programs and personnel.

Identify real customer needs, provide technical solutions, develop prototype design, guide manufacturing scale-up, ensure target performance satisfaction.

Implement initiatives to continuously improve technical solution fitting to customer and business needs.

Drive RD results aligning with product strategy, and better position our products in the market for business results.

Effectively communicate of RD activities in the organization.

Basic Requirements:

Master or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or a closely related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience leading large and complex projects and programs in a technology environment
