EPC合同经理

Location: 上海/ 北京

Primary Responsibilities:

Contract management including nonstandard TC negotiations, contract drafting and consultation with legal/contracts team as needed.

Contract Templates: Develop and maintain Framework Agreements, standard Terms and Conditions, Proposal.

Manage risks associated with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Performance Guarantees, Scope, Costs, etc.

Organize China level Delegation of Authority (DOA) deal reviews, DOA Ownership Documentation.

Work with commercial VP on contract and price-volume agreement negotiations with channel partners.

Manage the WIN process and record each WIN table meeting minutes.

Ensure KYC process is rigorously followed for new account set up.

Lead document retention and contract archival best practices.

Qualifications Required:

B.S./M.S. in environmental, chemical, mechanical major, or closely related discipline.

8+years of experience in contract management, while overseeing a successful performance within the industry water treatment in Greater China.

Significant knowledge of water treatment and the environmental market is preferred.

Proven risk awareness, ensuring compliance to procedures and regulatory requirements, development of process to minimize risk.

In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (e.g. commercial, supply chain, finance, customer service etc.).

Outstanding communication and people skills, across all mediums.

Ability to work autonomously and under pressure in an aggressive market, to achieve and exceed targets.

Outstanding critical thinker and problem solver.

Strategic business vision.

Excellent communication skills in English.
