1.为客户提供售前技术支持，包括开发文档/实践和培训，以确保高质量的设计和最小的售后技术支持问题

2.作为销售团队的关键成员，负责技术客户项目的售前和售后管理，确保全面的设计、安装和运营计划的制定和沟通，以推动成功的ESS解决方案的采用和持续的业务增长和忠诚度

3. 为公用事业规模和商业业务及项目/交易提供售后技术支持，并提供定制/独特的设计支持，以确保Gotion设计赢得胜利，并为客户节省资金和人力成本

4. 在确定产品/技术问题时，积极参与并向研发和产品管理团队提供反馈/输入，并提出产品改进建议。能够领导产品管理和开发基础广泛的市场培训和工具，以解决实践和需求(例如标准和技术业务工具)

1.Pre-sales technical support for customer account engagements including the development of documentation/best practices and training to ensure a high-quality design and minimal post sales technical support issues

2.Pre- and post-sales management of technical account engagements as a key member of the sales team to ensure that comprehensive design, installation and operational plans are developed and communicated to drive successful ESS solution adoption and on-going business growth and loyalty

3. re-sales technical support for utility scale and commercial business and projects/deals and customized/unique design support to ensure Gotion design win and high-quality designs that save our customers capital and labor costs

4. Strong engagement and feedback/input to Research and Development and Product Management teams on identified product/technical issues identified along with recommendations for product improvements. Ability to lead product management and development of broad-based market training and tools that address best practices and requirements (e.g. standard and technical business tools)
