Business development Manager

Responsibilities：

Responsible for development/business PV project, including but not limited to development green field project and EPC project and etc.;

Declare and handle relevant project procedures in the local area, including but not limited to development and construction and acceptance, etc.;

Independently lead and manage complicated project’s development/business works (e.g. 2-3 or above projects at same time);

Responsible for the business part of bidding works;

Execute, monitor and control the project’s execute works and involve and negotiate with operational stakeholders;

Projects risk control and management;

Organize, select and develop the project team members together with project managers;

Work closely with Controllers to ensure payments from customers and to subcontractors are made in time;

Lead and develop, manage and maintain relationships with local government, grid companies and co-developer or business partners;

Basic experience and skills requirements:

B.Sc. or higher in business or engineering or electrical or construction field or equivalent, with at last 5 years working experience in an internationally investment/engineering company or large power/grid companies, specializing in development and execution of complex projects;

Excellent project development experience, PV project experience preferred;

Excellent communication skills;

Able to negotiate with customers and internal stakeholders at executive level;

Excellent risk and contract management experience;

In depth knowledge about dispute resolution practices for construction and supply;

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;

Good business/development portfolio management (thorough risk analysis and portfolio management in terms of planning, budgeting, execution and monitoring);

Candidates with good resource background in government and industry partners are preferred;

English is the working language, IELTS score 6.0 or above or same level, proficiency in other native language or Chinese is preferred;

Able to travel or stay overseas frequently.

Good resource of project and working experience in project industry preferred.
